The simple navigation of reticare.com attributes to the condition of the usage and will be accepted, without reservation, to the General Conditions set out in this section. The buyer must pay the total price of the products before delivery. To do this, you can use any of the specified payment types above.  Orders must be confirmed by receipt/confirmation of payment in order for customers to choose delivery of products.

TRANSPORT

Reticare Inc. uses the usual means of transportation for each shipping zone. If for any reason you wish to make changes regarding the shipment or change location of shipment, please provide this information via the mailing address at reticare@reticare.com or by calling +1 813 287 4867.

DELIVERY

Delivery of products are generally between 7 and 10 business days. If you do not receive your order within this period, please notify us so that we can notify you of the estimated new time. If this period does not meet your needs, you may notify us so that we can offer alternative solutions or you may wish to cancel your order.

You can check the status of your order by sending an email to by emailing us at reticare@reticare.com with your name and order data.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND DIMENSIONS

Reticare Inc. delivers products as presented in the corresponding product web pages. However, manufacturers can vary at times with other features, specifications or quantities offered in a batch. Therefore, Reticare Inc. may change, without a notice,  insubstantial dimensions, specifications and quantities in each batch without incurring any liability to the purchaser.
When the products ordered are not available, other identical or superior quality or compatible products may be substituted by Reticare Inc. Photos submitted may not correspond exactly to the models offered.

PRICES

The products will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the date of acceptance of the relevant order. The prices displayed in these web pages are valid except in cases of error or omission. If there are price changes, these will be updated on the websites, with a warning to the buyer of this fact, at the time of ordering.

PROPERTY AND RETENTION OF TITLE

Until full payment of the price, Reticare Inc. reserves the right of ownership of the products that have been sold through financing or deferred payment. Until the full payment of price is verified, delivery to the customer will be regarded as a deposit, with the power to use the product, until the product(s) arrive physically at the destination address of the order.

LIABILITY

In no event shall Reticare Inc. be liable for the cost of processing, lost profits, injury to good or any other special or consequential damages or claims caused by the misuse of the products or for those who have not taken the necessary measures for usage. Reticare Inc. will not be liable for any claims of suffering by using these products. 



LEGISLATION

All transactions put forth in this section shall be subject to Spanish law , whatever the fate of the order and in accordance with the laws in force from time to time at the state or of the Community of Madrid. Also, for any disputes between the buyer and Reticare Inc. parties, waiving their own jurisdiction, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Torrejón de Ardoz.

CHILD PROTECTION

In order to prevent an unauthorized purchase or transaction by a minor Reticare Inc. warns that any purchase from  reticare.com is only authorized for parents, seniors or, if younger, with the permission of their legal guardians.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

INFORMATION REQUESTS, SUGGESTIONS, COMPLAINTS...
Any commercial communication made via email will be answered within a maximum of 72 business hours. If for any reason you will not answered within this time we can get directly in touch with us by emailing us at reticare@reticare.com.


30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Reticare offers full refund on the purchase price (Less S&H) guarantee, returned 30 days from the date of order, for unused and/or reusable products. If you would like to discuss the reason of your return further or have questions, please call our customer service at (813) 287-4867 M-F –8.30am-5.30pm EDT. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, based on the reason of your return request.  You can also email reticare@reticare.com. Returns of any product must be made in its original box and packing slip, with a note of return reason.



ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (Applies only in the United States)

What does the warranty cover?
Any defect in material or workmanship. Reticare’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

For how long after the original purchase?
One year from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase.

How do you make a warranty claim?
Save your receipt as proof of date of sale. Email reticare@reticare.com or call the customer care phone number (813) 287-4867  M-F –8.30am-5.30pm EDT.

What will we do to help you?
Provide you with a replacement of same/new product.

What the warranty does not cover:
Damage from commercial use. Damage from misuse, abuse or neglect. Products that have been modified in any way. Products used or serviced outside of the country of purchase. Shipping and handling costs associated with replacement of the unit.

How does state law relate to this warranty?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. NO PERSON SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ARISING UNDER THIS WARRANTY, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGE COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. Some states and other jurisdictions do not allow the waiver or limitation of consequential and other forms of damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
