Tecnología Sostenible y Responsable S.L. (hereinafter TSR) informs website users about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be collected through browsing or contracting services through its website.

In this regard, TSR guarantees compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, reflected in the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, approved on December 5, 2018 (LOPDyGDD). The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

DATA COLLECTION, PURPOSE, AND PROCESSING

TSR has the duty to inform the users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by filling in the forms included on the website. In this regard, TSR will be considered responsible for the data collected by the means described above.

TSR also informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: Attending to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact agenda, provision of services, management of the commercial relationship, and sending informative content and offers via email.

The operations, management, and technical procedures carried out automatically or non-automatically that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions on personal data, are considered personal data processing.

All personal data, collected through the Reticare website, and therefore considered personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by TSR.

INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES

TSR informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, with the exception that such data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party when TSR has the express consent of the user.

USER RIGHTS

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

As long as user data is processed by TSR, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legal regulations on personal data protection.

To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that proves their identity (DNI or passport), to the following address: Tecnología Sostenible y Responsable S.L. (TSR), Verano, 34. Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid (Spain) or the address that replaces it in the General Data Protection Register. Said communication must reflect the following information: User's name and surname, the request, the address, and the supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as a legal representative of the authorized party. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
